Your rent covers a fully furnished suite with a bed, desk, chair, TV, and storage. Utilities (water, electricity, heat, garbage) and high-speed WiFi are all included. Depending on your suite type, you'll have your own kitchenette or share a kitchen and bathroom with suitemates.
We offer four suite types: Private Basic (furnished private room with shared kitchen and bath), Studio Jr (private studio with its own kitchenette), Deluxe (spacious furnished room), and Deluxe Plus (our largest suite with a separate sitting area).
You sign an individual lease for your own suite. You're only responsible for your suite's rent, not anyone else's. For shared-kitchen suite types, we handle suitemate matching and each person has their own lease agreement.
We offer flexible lease terms. Standard leases run 6 or 12 months. Shorter terms may be available depending on availability. Contact us to discuss your needs.
